The new face mask fundraiser - an easy and safe way to sell custom face masks!

The recent pandemic has taught us all the importance of staying healthy and taking any precaution necessary to do so. With physical distancing becoming a necessity, face masks are in more demand than ever before.

How It Works: JustFundraising’s custom face mask fundraiser is one of a kind. For a small set-up fee of $35, we will:

-Create a custom PDF Face Mask Order Form that includes multiple images of your group logo on the line-up of face masks. We will email you the custom order form which you can print out for members to sell in-person.

-Create your own online store, which you can email and text to your group and supporters to generate safe and convenient online sales.

Your Custom Face Mask Order Form and website will include both generic masks, and masks that are customized with your group logo and colors. This gives your buyers multiple options.

How to Get Started: Place your order for the order forms online and website, for a small fee of $35. We will create a custom order form and custom website for your campaign and email it to you in 1-2 days. You could then print the order form to sell in-person and share your custom website for a contactless fundraiser.

Text-to-Pay Option: Your order form includes a text-to-pay option which is safe and convenient! If your supporter prefers to pay by credit card, they can do so by texting "ABC" to 44944.

Your supporters will receive a text back with a link. They simply need to click on the link and select their state from the drop down menu, then the group name that they're supporting. Once that's done they can pay by credit card and the funds will go towards your group's sales.

Information For Bulk Orders Over 1000 Masks (1 style design only).

Bulk orders are typically for large school student bodies, church congregations, sports leagues etc.

Bulk orders are only 1 mask design, all the same masks for the entire organization. Bulk orders are typically not fundraisers, but purchased upfront as a mandatory Personal Protection Equipment item for the students or organization members.

*Profit dollar amount per mask will vary based on the selling price of either $15 each or $13 each (for sales of the 3 pack for $39)

More Info About Our Face Masks:

Our Custom Face Masks Are Washable and Reusable.

Our high quality 2-ply face masks are made of cotton on the interior and polyester on the exterior.

According to the CDC, you should wash your face mask after each use. The Custom Face Masks that JustFundraising® supplies are machine washable and reusable. You should wash your face mask in the warmest water possible and use laundry detergent. You can also hand wash your masks if you prefer and put them in the dryer at the HIGHEST heat setting. If you choose to air dry your face coverings you should place them in direct sunlight if possible.

From the CDC website: If you wash your face masks by hand it is recommended that you use 5 tablespoons of household bleach per gallon of room temperature water. Never mix bleach with ammonia or any other cleanser. Some bleach products such as those designed to be used on colored fabric may not be suitable for disinfection. Soak the mask in the bleach solution for at least 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly in cool water or room temperature water. The CDC has more recommendations regarding the use of cloth face coverings on their website.

Please note that our face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). The face masks we provide ARE recommended to help prevent the spread but will not protect you from contracting a virus. How Does the Custom Face Mask Fundraiser Work?

1. Place your order for your Custom Face Mask order forms. When the set-up fee of $25 is processed, we will create your custom order form and email it to you in 1-2 days.

2. Your group can share the order form to sell online or print it out as a traditional order-taker.

If you print the forms: Have your group members show the order-taker to friends, family, neighbors, and or co-workers and invite them to purchase the face masks. (Note: Your participants will collect the funds up-front, and will take note of their supporter’s name and mailing address on the order form included).

If you sell online: Email the order form to your group members so they can share it with friends and family. When someone places an order, they can pay you in cash or use the text to pay service. Don’t forget to take note of the customer’s name and what they ordered.

3. Collect all of the face mask order-takers and all funds raised from your group members, at the end of your fundraiser.

4. Place your product order with us by completing and submitting the Order Form by email.

5. Count your profits – your group pays only the cost of the product and keeps everything else.

6. JustFundraising.com will ship the entire order of face masks to you, so your group can distribute the products to your supporters.
