In the checkout, the buyer will identify the first and last name of the person they are supporting.

This information is on your Online Dashboard, under the Additional Details tab. At the end of your fundraiser, we will also email you a spreadsheet that shows all product sales by seller, as well as by supporter, so your sellers know exactly who to deliver the items to.

No please don't, and we state this on the order-taker forms, as well, so your parents and sellers are aware.

Give us a call at 1-888-440-4114 or send an email to helpdesk@justfundraising.com and ask us to close your store. We usually close it once we receive your Final Order Form (last page of your Fundraising Guide)

At the end of the fundraiser, we'll total your online sales and order-taker sales together. We will then subtract the funds raised from your online sales from the total owed, and send you an invoice for the balance owed. If we owe money, we will send you a check.
