“Hello! My name is Haley Shipley. I am one of the two coaches for our cross country team here at Dawson-Bryant in Coal Grove, Ohio. For the first time ever, we are taking our high school cross country team on a 4 night trip to Gatlinburg, TN in June 2019. Our school’s cross country team has never done anything like this before. (We are going to run different trails and hopefully have a team trip we will never forget) Currently, we are doing fundraisers quite often to try to pay for the students meals, lodging, and activities. We have currently have 10 athletes going and two coaches. Most of our kids don’t get to go on many trips, if any at all, so this is a big deal for them.”
