Free Shipping and No Minimums: Your group receives Free Shipping when you sell 150 candles or more of fundraising product. It's easy - a small group of 20 participants has to sell approximately 7 candles each to get free shipping. And there are no minimums – order as much as you sell!

Every group works a little differently, so we give you the flexibility to choose what fits best. You can use traditional brochures, run everything through an online store, or combine both to reach even more supporters. No matter which option you choose, we make it simple to get started and raise more.
 

1. Printed Brochures (In-Person Sales)

A simple hands-on way to fundraise. Your group members share brochures with family, friends and neighbors. Collect orders and turn them in. It’s straightforward, personal and a great option for teams that enjoy connecting face-to-face.

+ How Brochure Fundraising Works

1. Order 1 Earth Candle order-taker PER fundraising participant – they’re FREE of charge!

2. Have your group members show the order-taker to friends, family, neighbors, and or co-workers and invite them to purchase 1 or more items.(Note: Your participants will collect the funds up-front, and will take note of their supporter’s name and mailing address on the order form included).

3. Collect all of the order-takers and all funds raised from your group members, at the end of your fundraiser.

4. Place your product order with us by completing and submitting the Order Form by fax or email

5. Count your profits – your group pays only the cost of the product and keeps everything else.

6. JustFundraising.com will ship the entire order to you, so your group can distribute the products to your supporters.

Safety Tip
Please ensure that no minor goes fundraising door-to-door alone. If they choose to go door-to-door, they need to be in two’s or three’s, and or with a parent.

Perfect for busy groups or supporters who prefer to shop from home. You get your own online store link to share by text, email or social media. Supporters place their orders online and we take care of the rest. It’s fast, convenient and easy for everyone.

  • Your supporters can place their order online. We track all of the orders to your group and seller.
  • When you've completed your fundraiser, we'll send you a Profit Report and Profit Check.
  • All purchased items are delivered to your group 2-3 weeks AFTER the fundraiser has ended.

+ How Do I Start A Fundraiser?

You can place your order for brochures on our website. You can also give us a call at 1-888-440-4114 to set up your fundraiser and speak with a Fundraising Assistant that can help you with any questions.

+ Are The Brochures(Order-Takers) Free?

Yes, they are free of charge. Please order only 1 per fundraising participant. If you decide not to run the fundraiser, all we ask is that you return the brochures to our address.

+ How Do I Submit My Order At The End Of The Fundraiser?

When you are done selling, you can tally up your orders on the Master Order Form that can be found in your Fundraising Guide and submit it to us by email or fax.

+ Where Do I Indicate My Shipping Address, Where I Need The Items Shipped To?

You will indicate your shipping address on the Master Order Form (last page of your Fundraising Guide).

+ How Do I Pay For My Invoice?

You can pay in any of the following ways:
- Credit card - visa or mastercard
- Echeck
- Check
- Purchase order form: Schools within the public school district can simply issue us a Purchase Order Form, signed by the principal and or treasurer, and then provide a check 30 days later.
