K-6 Students Help Tsunami Victims

Following the Tsunami disaster, JustFundraising.com encouraged groups of any size to use our

To Whom it May Concern,
Our elementary students were moved to do a fundraiser for the unfortunate victims and survivors
of December's devastating Tsunami in south Asia.
Our elementary student council got the idea
from "JustFundraising.com" and used scratch off cards during the month of February 1st
through 25th. Our K-6 student population is one hundred and ninety-six, 196.
A total of one thousand forty-two dollars and forty cents($1042.40) has been collected and is
enclosed with this letter. Our students made this contribution knowing that there will be
ongoing costs for some time to come and wanted to show their concern.

Underneath each dot, there is also a positive inspirational message (kind of like a fortune cookie), ideal for such a time. Ex. Ideas are nothing without action.
- Step 3- Accumulate all collected funds and write a check out to Unicef, Red Cross or any other preferred non-profit organization dedicated to the Tsunami relief efforts.
(Fax us a copy of the check, so we can feature your group on our web site).
These cards regularly sell for $15 each, but JustFundraising.com is providing them to committed groups, absolutely free of charge. With every 20 donation cards, groups can raise $2,300 for Tsunami relief efforts. JustFundraising.com is hoping to distribute up to 4,000 Tsunami Donation Cards, which could raise a total of $460,000.
