This contest is being conducted by JustFundraising.com, a sister company to Skratchers.com and ActiveFundraising.com. JustFundraising is giving away 1 case of Lolliday Pop lollipops ( 1 case = 576 lollipops ). The case of lollipops will be mailed to the winner free of charge with shipping and handling paid by JustFundraising.com. No purchase and no entry fee necessary to participate in Lolliday Pop Giveaway. Contest starts December 3, 2003 and ends December 10, 2003 at midnight ET. A random drawing will be conducted by JustFundraising on December 11, 2003. One entry per person is allowed. Upon the winner being drawn, JustFundraising will email the winner and expect a reply accepting the prize within 72 hours. If no reply has been received, the winner will forfeit the prize and JustFundraising will conduct another random drawing.

The determination of the winner by JustFundraising is final.
