This contest is being conducted by JustFundraising.com, a sister company to Skratchers.com and ActiveFundraising.com. JustFundraising is giving away 1 case of Boo Pop lollipops ( 1 case = 576 lollipops ). The case of lollipops will be mailed to the winner free of charge with shipping and handling paid by JustFundraising.com. No purchase and no entry fee necessary to participate in Halloween Ghoulish Giveaway. Contest starts October 6, 2003 and ends October 19, 2003 at midnight ET. A random drawing will be conducted by JustFundraising on October 20, 2003. One entry per person is allowed. Upon the winner being drawn, JustFundraising will email the winner and expect a reply accepting the prize within 72 hours. If no reply has been received, the winner will forfeit the prize and JustFundraising will conduct another random drawing.

The determination of the winner by JustFundraising is final.
